Our Journey of Care and Commitment
Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service began its tradition of serving the families of the Treasure Coast thirty-nine years ago. Since that time, the concept of “our family serving your family in your time of need” has been reflected in the multitude of services we offer, in our comfortable surroundings, and in our professional, capable staff.
Haisley Pet Loss Services was founded in 2012 as a natural extension of our family’s long-standing commitment to compassionate care through Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service. For generations, our family has served the Treasure Coast during life’s most difficult moments. Over time, we recognized that the bond families share with their pets is just as deep, meaningful, and deserving of dignity as any other relationship. Our community needed a place where pets would be cared for with the same respect and professionalism we provide to every family we serve — and Haisley Pet Loss Services was born.
As a family-owned and operated business, we understand firsthand that pets are not “just animals.” They are companions, protectors, comforters, and family members. When a beloved pet dies, the grief is real and profound. Our mission has always been to provide a steady, compassionate presence for families navigating that loss, offering clarity, support, and gentle guidance every step of the way.
From the very beginning, we have been committed to raising the standard of pet aftercare in our region. What started as a small extension of our funeral service has grown into a trusted resource for veterinary partners and pet families throughout the Treasure Coast. We are honored that so many families and clinics place their trust in us during such tender moments.
In 2025, we completed a significant expansion of our facility, including the addition of a new state-of-the-art, multi-chamber crematory designed with transparency, accountability, and the highest standards of care in mind. This investment reflects our ongoing promise to provide ethical, respectful, and modern aftercare options while continuing to serve our growing community with excellence.
At our core, we remain a hands-on family business. When you call us, a member of our team answers — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We believe no family should ever feel alone or unsure of what to do next. Whether a loss occurs at home, at a veterinary hospital, or is anticipated in the coming days, we are here to offer calm guidance and support whenever it is needed.
