We had to say goodbye to the best girl today. Magnolia Moo Moo was only 7 years young when she crossed the rainbow bridge. From the moment she came to us on Santa’s Sleigh all the way from Louisiana we knew she was one of a kind.

She was always so happy, but her happiest moments were when she was surrounded by all the neighborhood kids giving her all the attention she wanted. Her job in this life was to protect and love her boys, Hais and Rylan, to be best retriever, whether it was a tennis ball, football, some random item the boys left outside, she would chase it and swan dive into the pool to grab it. She spent more time in the pool than any one of us. Magnolia would literally be in the pool all day long if we allowed it and if we weren’t throwing a toy in the pool for her, she would toss her own toy in and dive in after it.

As much as Chris and I loved her, the boys loved her more. They would fight nightly as to who got her to fall asleep with. During Covid when the boys did school from home she never left there side. When the boys would be gaming on the couch with friends, she would be right between them.

She was the biggest lap dog and even though she weighed 84 pounds, she would find her way right on top of you to get all your love. Magnolia would smile from ear to ear the moment we’d get home. Her whole body would wag with her tail.

This girl will be missed immensely by all of us and I am going to miss her sweet sweet lovin. (She would lean her head over to get kisses on her cheek when I’d say that)
